Thank you for your continued support and patience with the inconsistency in our stocking and service levels related to our Sauce line, as global supply driven issues including ingredient delays and labor challenges persist. Sustained high demand, as well, has led to constrained capacity, specifically with our Puremade Caramel Sauce.
With sustained process improvement efforts, specific to Caramel production, we are making steady progress and we are optimistic that we will be in a stronger inventory position by the end of the month. In parallel with the work related to Puremade Caramel Sauce, we have plans in motion to increase our overall Sauce production capacity. We expect these plans to begin bolstering our Sauce supply this Spring. Until then, please know that we are doing all that we can to supply customers to the best of our abilities.
Regarding shortages of
our Sugar Free Caramel and Sugar Free White Chocolate Sauce, the out of
stocks continue to be the result of an ingredient in our gum system
that is no longer available. Our R&D Team have
been conducting tests on our formulation to eliminate the need for this
ingredient. This work is progressing and, pending positive results, we
expect to be back in stock near the end of April with Sugar Free
Caramel Sauce and shortly thereafter with Sugar
Free White Chocolate Sauce.
